ME!

Julian Rodarte opened his first restaurant at age 23 and since then has become a 30 under 30 award winning Chef, the creator of the famed table-side liquid nitrogen margarita & voted "Best Margarita in Dallas" 3 times in a row. Julian owns, is the Executive Chef and the bar Chef of Beto & Son which is a destination spot in Dallas which was voted 15 Best New Restaurants in the United States in 2017 by Zagat. He is an ambassador for Essentia Water, Visit Dallas; The Margarita Mile and New Chef Elite a chef-wear company. Julian is a Tastemaker on Tastemade where he has created instructional food videos, is featured on Buzzfeed, Food Network, Travel Channel and Chopped U. He has consulted and done food and cocktail menu development for the following brands: On The Border, 7UP, The Cranberry Counsel, Pei Wei, Red Robin and more.
